Academic & Curriculum Content Developer (Primary & Secondary)

Job Summary: We are looking for a structured, academically strong, and detail-oriented Curriculum Developer to join Study House Academy. This role involves developing high-quality tuition programme materials and online digital notes aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus. The ideal candidate must be confident in at least two subjects across both Primary and Secondary levels, and be able to design structured, exam-focused curriculum that supports strong academic outcomes. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development (Tuition Programmes) • Design structured lesson plans aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus • Develop worksheets, practice papers, topical revision packages, and exam-style questions (PSLE / SEC / O-Level standard) • Create teaching slides and class materials for weekly tuition programmes • Incorporate higher-order thinking skills and exam techniques into lessons • Review and refine materials based on student performance and feedback Digital Content Development (Digital Notes) • Develop high-quality digital notes for online distribution • Create topical summaries, model answer frameworks, and concept breakdown guides • Build structured revision systems and assessment banks • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all academic materials • Support the development of signature programmes and academic frameworks Experience: • Applicants must be confident in at least two subjects across both Primary and Secondary levels. • A-level graduate or undergraduate with a strong academic background in English, Mathematics or Science. • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area preferred • Strong familiarity with Singapore MOE syllabus and examination standards • Prior teaching experience in MOE schools or tuition centres preferred • Strong understanding of PSLE and O-Level / SEC assessment formats • Excellent academic writing and content structuring skills • Detail-oriented with high content accuracy • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Candidates seeking temporary or flexible work opportunities are welcome to apply.
