We exist to bring the hope of Jesus to people wherever they are—especially those hurt by traditional church, spiritually curious, or seeking real connection in a digital world. As we grow, we’re assembling a leadership team to help us build the future of online church—focused on faith, discipleship, and digital accessibility. About the Role The Executive Associate Pastor for Ministry, Education, and Worship will help shape and lead three key areas of Christcord Church: discipleship programs, theological education, and online worship experiences. This role works closely with the Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor to ensure that our teaching, ministry engagement, and worship all remain Christ-centered, engaging, and accessible to a global digital audience. Key Responsibilities • Ministry Oversight: Help coordinate volunteer-led ministries such as prayer, care, outreach, and small groups • Worship Planning: Work with the Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor to schedule, coordinate, and lead virtual worship experiences and online events • Christian Education: Support the development of educational programs such as Bible studies, seminary coursework, discipleship series, and theological workshops • Spiritual Leadership: Offer pastoral guidance, mentorship, and biblical encouragement to members and volunteer leaders • Collaboration: Participate in regular leadership team meetings and help shape the church’s spiritual culture Time Commitment This is a volunteer role with an estimated time commitment of 5–10 hours per week, consistent with all executive-level positions during this launch phase of Christcord Church. ✅ Qualifications • Strong understanding of Scripture and Christ-centered theology • Experience in ministry leadership, education, or worship coordination (in-person or online) • Passion for digital discipleship and innovative approaches to church • A heart for inclusivity, grace, and walking with people from diverse backgrounds • Ability to use or learn online tools (Discord, streaming platforms, collaborative docs) • Supportive of Christcord’s mission to welcome all people and promote healing through the Gospel Created at 2025-04-19 22:35:46 Updated at 2025-04-19 22:38:42 Location: Remote (International); About Christcord Church Corporation: About Us Christcord Church is a digital-first, Christ-centered church community that gathers on Discord and across online platforms to worship, grow in faith, and serve with purpose.
