Job Description: The Digital Marketing Intern will support Topia’s digital marketing strategy, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and online engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, creative marketing, and gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing within a global wellness brand. This is a non-compensated internship designed for class credit and professional experience. Time Commitment: • Approximately 10-15 hours/week (Occasional weekend support as needed, however rare unless preferred), minimum of 1 term (3 months), a commitment of multiple terms preferred. • Interns' working hours are 100% virtual from home. Must be available for the Topia All Hands Meeting on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Internship Milestones & Review: To support mutual fit and a positive experience for both the intern and Topia, all internships include an initial 30-day introductory period. During their first week of onboarding, interns are expected to schedule a 30-day check-in review with the CEO. This conversation focuses on feedback, growth, expectations, and overall alignment moving forward.
