Senior Endpoint Management Engineer

About the Role: Reporting to VP, Mobility Services, you will help chart the direction for the client-facing Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. You will be responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving the MDM program. This role will provide both strategic design and hands-on technical expertise across all aspects of enterprise mobility. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, service desk, and other teams to ensure that device management services meet security, operational, and customer experience objectives. You will be accountable for technical standards and assist in improving the maturity of the MDM program. What You'll Do: Engineering & Technical • Own the architecture, design, and daily operation of the MDM platform(s) supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. • Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex MDM and mobility issues. • Provide hands-on technical leadership across device enrollment, profiles, compliance remediation, application deployment, device lifecycle actions, and identity integrations. • Own major incidents and escalations end-to-end, including triage, mitigation, resolution, and post-incident review. • Partner with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to align MDM services with enterprise standards. • Design and implement automation and standardization to improve reliability, scale, and operational efficiency • Identify systemic issues and drive permanent technical remediation, not just short-term fixes. Service Delivery • Develop and implement operational processes, runbooks, and escalation paths to ensure consistent service delivery. • Partner with Service Desk and NOC teams to improve Tier 1–3 support workflows and reduce repeat incidents. • Translate business, compliance, and security requirements into technical MDM solutions. • Identify trends and recurring issues and drive permanent remediation. What Skills & Experience You'll Need: • 7+ years of experience in enterprise device management, endpoint management, or mobility services. • 5+ years of hands-on Intune development and management of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. • Strong technical expertise in MDM platforms, primarily Microsoft Intune, but including Airwatch, Addigy, MaaS360, MobileIron, Jamf, Mosyle, or equivalent. • Deep understanding of iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management. • Experience with Apple Business Manager, ADE/DEP, and VPP. • Experience with Android Enterprise and Knox. • Strong Entra ID / Azure AD skills, including Conditional Access • Experience with Windows Autopilot setup and usage • Experience implementing and managing mobile security and compliance controls. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Sound judgment and conflict-resolution skills. Each Dataprise employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company. • We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts. • This position’s Salary Range is: $85,000-$125,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
