Compliance Analyst, Financial Crimes Compliance Data Analytics
Job Description:
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Financial Crimes Compliance program
• Transform raw data into actionable insights and drive process improvements
• Leverage technology to enhance compliance posture
• Solve complex problems in a dynamic regulatory environment
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the financial services industry
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, advanced Excel/Google Sheets)
• Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization
• Experience with automation principles and AI tools
