Email Marketing Consultant (Ecommerce & Revenue Strategy)
Richmond & Towers is a London-based brand experience agency specialising in PR, social and activation for some of the UK’s best-known brands. As part of our expanding services, we are building out email marketing and ecommerce capability for a heritage cider brand with ambitious revenue growth targets.
We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Consultant to partner with us on strategy, enablement and performance optimisation across 2026.
Key Responsibilities (Senior / Strategic)
- Shape an email marketing strategy that supports commercial growth objectives
- Establish a clear measurement framework to assess performance and impact
- Act as a strategic partner to the agency team, providing guidance and challenge where needed
- Support foundational setup and capability building
- Review performance and advise on optimisation opportunities over time
Deliverables & Timing
- Initial strategy - timing TBC, but will be relatively quick turnaround
- 1–2 consultancy calls in early February
- Setup and enablement support in March 2026
- 1–2 performance review calls later in the year
