Remote Lead Setter - Storm Restoration (Tennessee Residents Only)

Appalachian Storm Restoration is seeking a skilled Remote Lead Setter to qualify homeowner leads and schedule roof inspections for our growing Tennessee-based storm restoration company. About Us: We're a rapidly scaling roofing and storm restoration company specializing in insurance claim work across Tennessee. We need someone who can help us convert incoming leads into qualified appointments. Your Role: Contact homeowners via phone and email to qualify leads for roof inspections Ask the right questions to identify viable storm damage claims Schedule appointments for our field team Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Follow up with leads to move them through our pipeline Represent our company professionally and build rapport with homeowners What We're Looking For: Must be located in Tennessee (required for this position) Excellent phone communication and rapport-building skills Professional email writing ability Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely from home Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required Background in roofing, restoration, or insurance is a plus but not necessary Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (DOE) Remote position with flexible hours Opportunity to grow with a scaling company To Apply: Please include: Your location in Tennessee Brief description of your phone sales or lead qualification experience Your available hours per week We're looking to fill this position quickly for the right candidate.
