The Role We need two experienced Product Designers who can hit the ground running. You'll join an active project with a long-term retainer client in the social media marketing technology space - a B2B SaaS platform serving enterprise marketing teams managing social media at scale across multiple channels. This role leans heavily toward UI design while maintaining strong UX fundamentals. You'll need to understand user challenges and flows, then translate them into practical, polished interfaces efficiently. This is about getting your hands dirty, working with iterative processes and being creative to deliver results. We need designers who balance craft with pragmatism, who can fill in the gaps when things are not yet defined. What You'll Do Design Digital Experiences Design end-to-end product features for complex web applications serving enterprise marketing teams at scale. Work Within Design Systems Build and maintain comprehensive design systems while guiding client teams on implementation and evolution. Provide Strong Visual Design Define design direction and craft interfaces that bring clarity to complex workflows and data. Research and Validate Conduct research and gather feedback to design experiences that are intuitive and solve real problems. Present and Communicate Articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders, from client teams to executives.
