ECAD Librarian to support satellite constellation program, Project Kuiper.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• At least 5 years full time experience as an eCAD librarian.
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition library tools is a must: Library Manager, Padstack, Cell, Symbol, and Part Editors.
• Experience with Siemens EDM Library tools is not absolutely mandatory but will play heavily for this role.
• Experience with aerospace designs (emphasis on space) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with component package types and package interchange-ability and tradeoffs.
• Experience reading and correctly interpreting mechanical and package dimensional drawings or electrical component datasheets.
• The role requires the ability to follow directions with precision when under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledgeable about relevant IPC, JEDEC, IEEE, and EIA industry standards.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with a 2D vector-based drafting tool, such as AutoCAD, to translate data between DXF files and PCB Library CAD tools.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence workflow collaboration tools.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with cross-functional groups.
• Ability to interact smoothly with customers; responding to questions, helping engineers with tool usage, explaining how and why we build parts as we do, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
