Treasury Support Lead with Licenses
A company is looking for a Support Team Lead - Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and document the Treasury Support function, including workflows and quality standards
• Lead and develop a team of Treasury Support Specialists through hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Own complex support tasks related to funds movement and securities transactions, ensuring accurate customer communication
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience leading customer support or user-facing teams in a high-growth environment
• 3+ years of experience in support, finance operations, or treasury-related workflows
• Comfort operating in high-liability environments with a focus on precision and documentation
• Working knowledge of funds movements and brokerage activity
• Must hold or be eligible for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and other relevant licenses
