The Role: AI Developer We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our skilled IT team operating in a dynamic, Agile environment. Your primary responsibility involves the independent development, evaluation, and integration of AI models and services into our core products and projects. You will actively drive the evolution of our AI strategy and serve as an internal consultant for AI-related topics. This role requires close collaboration with the Dev Ops team and Product Development to ensure quality assurance, documentation, and optimization of AI processes. Required Skills and Experience: • Completed degree in Computer Science with a specialization in AI or Data Science, or comparable training, combined with several years of professional experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of modern AI methods, including Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Transfer Learning, Transformers, Neural Networks, and NLP. • Experience in the design, implementation, and operation of secure AI architectures, alongside modernizing existing AI applications. • Proficiency in model tuning and experience with the accelerated automation of AI processes. • Knowledge of PHP and/or Python, coupled with experience developing productive AI systems. • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant) for efficient storage and searching of embeddings. • Knowledge in developing and integrating REST APIs. • Experience with Lang Chain or similar RAG frameworks. • Experience with Foundation Models (e.g., OpenAI, etc.). • German language skills at C1 level or better (Required).
