Clinical Nurse Tele ICU

BJC Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse for our Tele ICU department, based in St. Louis, Missouri. This role entails remote monitoring and supporting intensive care patients via advanced telecommunication technologies, ensuring patients receive real-time, top-quality care despite geographical distances. This position requires a unique blend of nursing skills, technological aptitude, and the ability to manage patient care from a remote location. You will work alongside a team of experts committed to reshaping the future of critical care. Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry remotely, assessing patient conditions and needs. Collaborate with on-site ICU teams to implement patient care plans. Respond to patient emergencies and alert appropriate personnel. Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous training on new technologies and procedures in telehealth. Communicate effectively with patients and families, promoting a supportive environment. Expertise in clinical assessment and patient care in an ICU setting. Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
