Responsible for generating specifications for and coordinating development and delivery of custom report requests and ensuring clients are well versed on Jaspersoft functionality in time for conversion. Co-leads projects and handles multiple reports conversion projects while also supporting requests from existing clients. Will support quarterly report updates and documentation releases. Requirements · Responsible for determining the custom reports needed for each client. Vets report lists, gathers supporting information, and works directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements. · Works closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered, JIRA tickets are in correct statuses, and maintain steady progress on client delivery. · Facilitates client meetings and responsible for ensuring all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes. Manages client expectations effectively. · Responsible for learning, understanding, and practicing basic concepts of the following functionality: standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary and being able to facilitate training on these subjects. · Demonstrates a high level of organization to ensure clients are sufficiently supported and internal communication is kept current, including maintaining all JIRA tickets with current statuses. · Interacts with clients and internal resources with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to maintain effective and fruitful partnerships. · Follows established team procedures. · Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Why You Are A Perfect Fit: Experience: Requires at least 2 years of similar or related experience. Credit Union/Banking operational experience is strongly preferred. Education (1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training. Pay Range: Range depends on geographic metro / zone, budget, and experience.
