Quality Training Administrator
A company is looking for a Quality Documents and Training Administrator - III.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain visibility and structure of learning programs and pathways across therapeutic areas
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and governance standards
• Support lifecycle management and compliance of learning assets through documentation and tracking
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in supporting learning portfolios or program management in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning operations processes preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams
