Title: Imaging and PACS specialist Location: Remote Position Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$55.00 Per Hr Job Description: This remote contract position involves providing technical support for diagnostic imaging systems and picture archiving and communication systems across a network. The role focuses on IT infrastructure refresh initiatives affecting imaging modalities and clinical workflows. Key technologies include medical image management systems and general system integration tools. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute project plans for IT infrastructure refresh initiatives and other imaging-related projects. Support system readiness for new site openings, including configuration and validation. Configure and validate imaging software integrations during refresh activities. Collaborate with IT teams to support imaging software, minimizing customization. Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years supporting medical imaging systems or radiology IT. Experience with multi-site imaging solutions and system integrations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
