Role Description
This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition.

As a Virtual Auto Estimator, you’ll use your auto estimating skills to produce accurate, high-quality damage assessments, leverage industry-leading tools, and collaborate with a high-performing remote team that keeps claims moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Compensation
• Base compensation offered for this role is based on experience and qualifications:
• Consultant I: $26.49-$37.50 hourly
• Consultant II: $26.92-$39.66 hourly
• Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
• Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
