About the Role:
Locl is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Coordinator (Contractor) to help manage our customer support ticket queue, with a focus on issues related to Google Business Profiles (GBP), business listings, and SaaS platform support. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customer issues, working closely with internal teams to track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. As you grow into the role, there’s an opportunity to take the lead on broader customer communications.
