About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing media and events business that specializes in creating large scale consumer expos focused on health, fitness, outdoor, and active lifestyles.
They started out in a shed several years ago and have grown to working with and representing premier brands and putting on industry leading expos. They plan to continue to grow and double in size within the next few years.
Job Description
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the SNOW event, including objectives, tactics, KPIs, pricing, risk assessment, and financial forecasting.
Oversee budgeting, billing, expenditure control, and financial reconciliation while ensuring compliance with company payment procedures.
Develop and enhance the event's value proposition, creating new sales assets and collaborating with Marketing, Content, and Operations to align messaging, visitor growth, and budgets.
Drive revenue growth by leading industry relationshipbuilding, attending exhibitions, and identifying new opportunities, efficiencies, and process improvements.
Ensure all event documentation, processes, and internal procedures are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards.
Provide handson, revenuefocused leadership that promotes best practice, crossdepartment collaboration, and consistent communication with internal teams.

The Successful Applicant
• Experience driving sales and marketing in the Event or Expo Space. Must have proven sales track record in event sales with brands
• someone who has a general interest in snow sports/winter outdoor lifestyle
• Ability to travel to events across country. Most will be in the Northeast, but others are spread out
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve success
• CRM experience
• Experience crafting and creating KPIS to ensure success
• 3+ years in event sales
