Employee Benefits Technology Consultant
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Technology Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead client-facing consulting on Employee Benefits technology systems
• Support HRIS and benefits administration platforms, including various systems
• Troubleshoot data, eligibility, deductions, and system integrations
Required Qualifications
• Strong Employee Benefits knowledge across multiple funding structures
• Hands-on experience with at least two HRIS/benefits administration systems
• Technical proficiency with data structures, file formats, and system testing
• Experience supporting EDI feeds and integrations highly preferred
