Virtual Assistant for short professional phone calls and meeting set up
Initial Outreach Assignment
Your role is to help open a relationship between James Louttit, author of Leading Impactful Teams, and senior leaders within a specified organisation. Over the course of approximately 1–2 hours (typically 3–10 call attempts), your objective is to call the head office and navigate your way to the right person, build a positive impression, and arrange for the most relevant person (or their Executive Assistant) to receive a copy of James’ book. If they like it, you will then follow up to arrange a meeting with James. This is the book they will receive for free if they are interested.

The goal is to create interest and goodwill, not to sell.
You should use your judgement and creativity to find the right approach (if you would like some support, you can read Stu Heinecke's book - "How to get a meeting with anybody", but a starter script will be provided).
If you are successful, please capture the person’s name, role, postal details, and any helpful context from your conversation so James can include a thoughtful personal note when sending the book in the post.
This assignment is the first step in a longer-term outreach process, and strong performance will lead to additional companies and ongoing work. The most important qualities are professionalism, warmth, curiosity, and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone.
Full details / scripts will be provided for the successful candidate. This is paid by the hour - no risk to you, but there is an opportunity for further work if you are successful. Calls will need to be made during (or close to) UK Business Hours and we will decide the target company together.
