• · Technical Translation: Act as the "connective tissue" between engineering and stakeholders, translating technical limitations and model performance into business impact.
• · Risk & Ethical Management: Identify potential project "landmines," such as algorithmic bias, data toxicity, or infrastructure bottlenecks.
• · Autonomous Agent Development: In advanced roles, oversee the design and maintenance
• · Technical Depth: Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API integration.
• · Agile Expertise: Mastery of iterative delivery methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, adapted for the unpredictable nature of ML research.
