Systems Engineer AI Solutions

Vanta is looking for a Systems Engineer AI Solutions to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions across General & Administrative (G&A) functions and lead company-wide, cross-functional AI initiatives. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, business systems, internal platforms, or related roles • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in internal systems • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple tools and teams • Comfort working with both declarative configuration (clicks) and custom development (code) • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and apply thoughtful AI-driven improvements • Ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation with minimal oversight • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across G&A and company-wide stakeholders • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
