The Role We are hiring a Copy & Script Writer who can operate at both speed and depth. Serious and talented writers only. This role requires someone who can: • Produce high-volume short-form scripts efficiently • Develop well-researched, in-depth long-form pieces • Translate complex ideas into structured, engaging narratives • Write with personality and, when appropriate, humor • Generate angles independently without constant direction You should be equally comfortable writing: • A simple 30-second script built around a sharp hook • A structured 5 minute deep dive supported by research • A fact-heavy short-form script that simplifies dense material • A personality-driven commentary piece We are looking for a writing machine - someone who can produce consistently, think independently, and maintain quality at scale. We are looking for someone who is AI enabled but not AI dependent. We are not looking for generic AI writing. Core Responsibilities • Conduct research across business, health, economics, manufacturing, and cultural topics • Identify compelling angles within complex themes • Write high-retention short-form scripts (30–90 seconds) • Develop in-depth pieces for long-form or research-heavy content • Create multiple hook variations per topic • Balance educational clarity with engaging tone • Maintain an organized research and content pipeline • Collaborate with creators and editors to execute efficiently What We’re Looking For Are you able to read an article or research paper and identify which bits of information are the most compelling and deserve to be included in a video? • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively • High output capacity without sacrificing structure • Strong narrative instincts and pacing • Creative voice and sense of humor • Independent thinker who can generate ideas • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Bonus if you: • Have written high-performing short-form content • Have experience with long-form essays or breakdowns • Have a journalism, economics, psychology, or history background • Understand how social media content differs from traditional writing Pay: Starting amount will be decided by skill and experience level.
