Senior Epicor Kinetic Implementation Consultant Contract 6+ Months Location: Remote Deployment Type: On-Premises Environment: 25-User Discrete Manufacturing Organization Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Epicor Kinetic Implementation Consultant to lead a full-cycle, on-premises Epicor Kinetic implementation within a discrete manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional and technical expertise in Epicor Manufacturing modules, data migration, MRP/MES configuration, and cross-functional ERP alignment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project execution, stakeholder engagement, and system stabilization. Key Responsibilities ERP Leadership & Implementation • Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic on-prem implementation • Own project execution including scope, timeline, milestones, and stakeholder communication • Conduct executive workshops and align ERP functionality with operational workflows • Coordinate on-prem server deployment and environment management Data Migration & System Configuration • Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategy • Perform hands-on DMT (Data Management Tool) execution • Cleanse, map, validate, and govern master data • Ensure data integrity and system sustainability Manufacturing & Operations Configuration • Configure and optimize Epicor Manufacturing suite • Implement and fine-tune MRP and MES functionality • Validate and structure BOMs (Bill of Materials) and MOMs (Methods of Manufacturing) • Support Production, Materials, Inventory, and Job Management processes • Configure costing models, pricing structures, and GL integration Technical Development • Develop BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management), and dashboards • Create reports to support operational and executive decision-making • Optimize system performance and usability Required Qualifications • 7+ years of Epicor ERP experience • Multiple full-cycle Epicor implementations (on-prem preferred) • Strong hands-on experience with DMT and data migration execution • Deep knowledge of Epicor Manufacturing modules • Proven MRP and MES configuration experience • Advanced BAQ, BPM, and dashboard development skills • Experience supporting Finance and Sales modules • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead ERP projects independently with high accountability Preferred Qualifications • Experience in discrete manufacturing environments • Experience stabilizing or rescuing challenged ERP implementations • Pennsylvania-based or open to required travel Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong executive presence • Clear and confident communicator • Process-driven and detail-oriented • Comfortable in high-visibility transformation initiatives • Hands-on leader who can step in, take ownership, and drive structured implementation success Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
