Product Analyst Online Banking

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: • Provide effective technical support to customers for online banking and related services. • Diagnose and resolve product issues using diagnostic tools and collaborate with engineering teams. • Enhance and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases. • Serve as a customer advocate, offering feedback and suggesting improvements. • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and workflows.
