We generate and sell high-quality leads to law firms while offering subscription access to our directory. Our platform helps lawyers scale their practices fast — and we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help us grow even faster. The Role We’re hiring a Sales Executive to target medium-to-large law firms that can invest $5,000 – $250,000+ per month in quality leads and directory subscriptions. This is a high-earning, commission-heavy role for a true closer who thrives on phone + virtual sales and loves closing big monthly recurring deals. What You’ll Do • Prospect and sell to managing partners and marketing directors at established law firms • Run consultative sales calls and virtual demos that clearly show ROI on our leads • Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to negotiating and closing monthly lead packages • Build long-term relationships and expand accounts over time • Consistently hit and exceed aggressive monthly targets What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of proven success in online/phone-based B2B sales to medium and large companies • Excellent communication skills and natural closer instincts (you love asking for the business) • Experience selling to law firms or other professional services is a big plus • Self-motivated hunter who excels in a remote environment • Must live in Texas (Houston preferred) • Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual selling Compensation • Very basic base salary (to support you while you ramp) • Generous uncapped commission structure — top performers in this seat routinely earn six figures (many well into the high six figures) because our deals are large and recurring • The more you close, the more you make — no caps, no limits Work Setup • Fully remote (Texas residents only) • Flexible schedule • Occasional travel only if you want it (not required) If you’re a proven closer who gets excited about $50k–$250k monthly deals and wants to earn what top sales talent actually deserves, this is your opportunity.
