Frito Lay Red Lake Part-Time Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products by maintaining store shelves and creating eye-catching displays. Maintain store shelves: The merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that Frito Lay products are always fully stocked and displayed neatly on store shelves. Create eye-catching displays: The merchandiser will use creativity and visual merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that will draw customers' attention and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels: The merchandiser will be responsible for keeping track of inventory levels and communicating any low stock or out-of-stock situations to the appropriate parties. Build relationships with store managers: The merchandiser will work closely with store managers to ensure that Frito Lay products are given prime shelf space and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service: The merchandiser will be the face of Frito Lay in stores and must provide excellent customer service to both store managers and customers. Follow company procedures: The merchandiser must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, while completing their tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace: The merchandiser is responsible for keeping their work area clean and organized at all times. Report on sales and promotions: The merchandiser will provide regular reports on sales and promotions to their supervisor and make recommendations for future strategies. Possess a strong work ethic: The merchandiser must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work hard to achieve company goals and objectives. Be a team player: The merchandiser will work closely with other team members and must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure the success of Frito Lay products in stores.
