Accountabilities • Architect, maintain, and evolve a Figma component library that powers multiple products. • Establish and document scalable UI patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices. • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between Figma libraries and codebases. • Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve usability, and streamline design system workflows. • Adopt emerging Figma features and front‑end innovations. • Act as a bridge between design and development, ensuring seamless translation from concept to implementation. • Communicate effectively in collaborative, cross‑functional environments. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, or related field. • 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise‑scale environment. • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. • Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front‑end architecture. • Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards. • Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front‑end frameworks. • Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
