Pricing Coordinator- Air Freight

About the position We are seeking a detail‑oriented Pricing Coordinator with air freight or airway billing experience to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll support a high‑volume pricing operation by loading customer pricing, validating data, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across the network. This position is ideal for someone with experience in air freight billing, air export/import coordination, or air logistics documentation who enjoys analytical work, data accuracy, and cross‑functional communication. Responsibilities • Manage and complete daily pricing requests within assigned SLAs for new and existing customers. • Enter, update, and maintain pricing data in multiple platforms with a high degree of accuracy. • Review and validate air freight cost components including Air Waybills (AWBs), dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, airline fees, and accessorial. • Ensure all shipments comply with operational policies, restricted commodities rules, and regulatory requirements. • Record comprehensive notes outlining how pricing was developed for handoff to operations teams. • Monitor progress against KPIs and provide monthly reporting to management. • Develop strong communication channels with network offices to maintain current air freight tariffs and accessorial pricing. • Conduct research to confirm accurate rates and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices or shipment data. • Utilize internal pricing tools and continuously identify process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and win ratio. • Support peers and management with workflow improvements, documentation refinement, and training efforts. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • 2+ years of air freight experience (billing, pricing, documentation, or air operations). • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). • Intermediate Excel skills (including formulas, filtering, and data manipulation). • Strong data entry skills, including 10‑key proficiency and high typing accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude. • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities. • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working within multiple systems (TMS, CRM, pricing tools).
