Job Description: • Managing Consultants at Guidehouse play a pivotal role in leading project delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of strategy and transformation solutions for healthcare system clients. • Working under the guidance of a Director or Associate Director, this position is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across client engagements. • The Managing Consultant partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, deliver high-quality solutions, and foster strong client relationships. • Success in this position is measured by the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, achieve client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of Guidehouse’s healthcare consulting practice. • This role supports clients in evaluating, planning, and partnering to optimize healthcare delivery across and between health care systems.
