Role Overview
The SVP, eCommerce will serve as the senior leader responsible for driving the next stage of profitable, digital-led growth. This executive will own the vision and roadmap for an integrated eCommerce ecosystem - spanning DTC, Amazon, retail.com, and emerging digital channels -while aligning brand, performance marketing, and customer experience into a unified approach that maximizes revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on operator who brings equal fluency in brand building and performance optimization. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record scaling consumer brands through sophisticated digital strategies, commercial rigor, and cross-functional leadership. They thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics and are motivated by purpose-driven missions that elevate consumer well-being, presence, and connection.

• Lead Digital Revenue Growth Across All eCommerce Channels
• Own topline and profitability targets across DTC, Amazon, retail.com partners, and emerging digital channels.

• Build & Lead High-Performing Cross-Functional Teams
Experience & Qualifications
• 10+ years leading eCommerce and digital growth for high-performing wellness/beauty brands
• Proven success scaling DTC businesses with measurable increases in CAC efficiency, retention, and LTV.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and optimize Amazon and marketplace channels.
• Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, attribution, segmentation, and channel economics.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and margin improvement experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, align, and develop diverse teams.
• Passion for clean, sustainable, mission-driven consumer brands.
