Remote Agent (Entry Level)
Overview
This role focuses on helping individuals review family-focused coverage options and understand how different plans fit into their long-term goals. Conversations are structured, supportive, and centered around education rather than pressure.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with individuals who requested information about coverage options
• Walk through plan details using guided resources
• Help organize next steps and basic onboarding information
• Maintain clear notes and follow-ups
• Coordinate with a remote support team

• No prior insurance experience required
