We have picked up thousands of users since launching in July of this year and are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge about all the calculation and general finance to our product‑specific experience so that we can continue getting our product and service more widely known and used. Key responsibilities • Provide high‑quality payroll services to clients. • Collaborate with different teams to ensure that payroll processing and benefits administration is accurate and timely. • Correspondence with local accountants. • Conduct pre‑payroll audits and checks. • Check salaries, personal income taxes, social security, and health contributions for different countries. • Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients. Requirements Most Important • At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Experience in working with more international payroll clients. • Degree in Economics. • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work. • Highly detail‑driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. Nice to Have • Working knowledge of European legislation. • SaaS or Fintech experience.
