between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client goals are met while managing
and growing their social presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
TikTok. Your role requires a deep understanding of social trends, strategic planning, and
proactive client communication.

experiences. Our Account Managers play a critical role in the management of their client roster and online presence to help their clients' businesses grow.
The PITCH
As an Account Manager at FMO Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and
growing the online presence for your clients. You’re not just managing accounts—you’re
designing strategies, creating powerful content, and driving brand growth across digital
platforms. From crafting eye-catching social posts to launching impactful ad campaigns
and optimizing websites, you’ll be at the heart of our clients' marketing success.
You will be responsible for managing content calendars, developing brand identities,
executing and tracking high-performing ad campaigns, and growing social media
followings with intentional strategies that boost engagement. Additionally, you’ll ensure
cohesive branding across all materials.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need hands-on experience with web analytics, a strategic
mindset, and the creativity to turn ideas into dynamic marketing initiatives. Ultimately,
you’ll help build and maintain strong, consistent brands across a variety of online and
offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication
• Serve as the primary contact for your client roster, fostering strong relationships and understanding client goals.
• Lead regular client check-ins and provide consistent updates via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
• Address client concerns and manage client recovery efforts as needed.
Content & Campaign Oversight
• Manage and maintain client content calendars under the guidance of Team Leads, ensuring all content is scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
• Review and approve all content (static, video, and animated) for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with editors and designers to align content with client branding and campaign strategies.
Reporting & Strategy
• Support Team Leads in creating monthly and quarterly reports, analyzing KPIs, and presenting actionable insights.
• Track content performance, identify growth opportunities, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Team Leads, editors, and supporting account managers to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ad campaigns, website updates, and podcast strategies.
• Organize and maintain client assets in shared folders for efficient team access.
Client Growth & Retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion, while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Understand client renewal processes and assist in retention strategies.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in account management, social media marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and content best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and social scheduling platforms.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns calmly and effectively.
• Base-level knowledge of real estate, legal, or hospitality marketing a plus
• Prior agency experience preferred but not required
Success in This Role Looks Like:
• Seamless management of 20–25 client accounts by Day 60.
• Consistent content delivery with proactive client communication.
• Clear, data-driven client reports that showcase progress and highlight growth opportunities.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet goals and exceed expectations.
