Regional Vice President - HVAC Home Services

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a skilled trades / HVAC home services platform to locate their next Regional Vice President. Location: Remote + Travel, supporting the greater Charlotte, NC and the Appalachian Mountains region (Remote with Travel) Compensation: Generous, negotiable base salary, with strong bonus, equity, and vehicle allowance. Schedule: Remote with heavy travel, typically on the road 3 weeks per month What’s in it for you? • Regional P&L Ownership: Own a multi-site portfolio with full accountability for sales, EBITDA, operational execution, and leadership performance. • Executive Visibility: Report into executive leadership and operate as the key field leader driving results, standardization, and talent development. • High Compensation Upside: Strong base salary, meaningful bonus structure, and equity aligned to performance and growth. What will your day look like? • Lead Multi-Site Performance: Drive sales, margin, and operational KPIs across multiple residential skilled-trade locations within the Carolinas footprint. • Coach and Influence GMs: Develop branch leaders, improve accountability, and create followership across teams that include former owners and internally promoted managers. • Operational Excellence: Identify gaps, build improvement plans, and implement standardized processes that improve recruiting, efficiency, and customer outcomes. • Field Leadership: Maintain high visibility in the branches and act as the primary connector between corporate shared services and field operations. • Talent and Culture: Improve leadership bench strength, succession planning, and performance management, with a people-first approach that resonates with tradesmen. Who are you? • Residential Skilled Trades Leader: Proven multi-site leadership experience in residential home services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or generator services. • Strong P&L Operator: Deep experience owning financial outcomes and driving results through operational metrics and execution. • Balanced Sales and Ops: Understands how residential demand is generated and fulfilled, and can lead both growth and operational discipline. • High Travel Readiness: Comfortable spending significant time in the field, building relationships, and driving performance across multiple branches. • Executive Presence with Humility: A steady leader who builds trust and respect with frontline teams, not a top-down personality.
