Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution: • Partner with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and execute product features and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. • Drive end-to-end product delivery, from feature conception through launch, adoption, and iterative innovation. • Manage dependencies and prioritize features, ensuring timely delivery of key product initiatives and optimizations. 5. Performance Tracking & Process Improvement: • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data. • Use analytics to drive continuous product improvements and optimize user experiences. • Promote process discipline and ensure a robust “Business of Products” approach across all product functions. 6. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives. • Collaborate with Suite product leaders to align product goals with broader organizational initiatives. • Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and partners to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or an advanced degree is considered advantageous. • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a scaling SaaS application, preferably in the EHS, quality management, or human capital management (HCM) space. • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching product management teams. • Proven track record of managing product development in an Agile environment, delivering complex products from ideation to launch. • Demonstrated experience in owning P&L accountability for product lines and making strategic decisions that balance customer needs with profitability.
