Senior Webflow Developer (Serbian, English) — Long-Term
Hello,
I’m looking for a senior Webflow developer (Serbian native) with C1+ English for a long-term role (6-12 months).
You’ll lead all Webflow projects (landing pages, website, form), and manage a junior, design-focused Webflow dev. This is for a VC-backed FinTech startup (SF-based). I’m a CRO/LPO consultant working closely with the client.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native in Serbian
- Fluent or near-fluent English
- Strong Webflow
- Organized, reliable
- More technical/backend than design
- Comfortable leading junior devs
