I need a camera operator to help film an uplifting YouTube video in Phoenix for a day in March

I'm looking for a freelance camera operator to help film an uplifting and inspiring YouTube Challenge for 1 day in Phoenix in March. You don't even need fancy camera gear. Just an iPhone would work. This is a real-world, unscripted shoot where contestants will be navigating Tempe and Scottsdale on public transportation, rideshares, and on foot to a specific location. They will conduct a pre-arranged meeting at this location, then return to the starting point. You’ll just be capturing their movements and interactions they have — some moments will require discreet filming to get authentic reactions (which is why I'd prefer cell phones rather than big camera gear). If you have experience filming weddings, you'd probably be great at this! Here's what you'll be doing: - Capture your assigned contestant’s journey from start to finish (9 AM – ~4 PM) - Manage audio from a Lavalier microphone (please bring your own, if possible; we also have GoPros and basic lav mics available if needed) - Bring a 2nd backup camera (point and shoot DSLR or something) and film multiple angles whenever possible; adjust on the fly to not miss any key moments - Travel with the contestant (bus, Uber, walking) and ensure complete coverage - Work independently and solve problems without supervision About Us: - We are a newer YouTube channel producing uplifting, feel-good content focused on human connection. We don't film anything weird or uncomfortable. - We plan to film more episodes in the Phoenix area and are hoping to work with you again!
