Join arenaflex – Empowering Communities Through Innovative Customer Care

At arenaflex, we believe that local economies thrive when technology and people work hand‑in‑hand. Our mission is to create seamless, data‑driven experiences for small‑and‑medium businesses (SMBs) across the United States, helping them grow, serve customers better, and stay ahead of the competition. As a fast‑growing technology and services company, we’re expanding our Customer Care Enablement team to provide world‑class support, training, and sales enablement for the ever‑evolving SMB market. If you’re a high‑energy self‑starter who loves helping others succeed, you’ve found the perfect place to launch a rewarding career—no college degree or previous experience required.

Why This Role Matters

This position sits at the heart of our Customer Platform Enablement group, which partners with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver the right knowledge, tools, and processes to our SMB salesforce. You will play a pivotal role in:

  • Designing and delivering onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Creating engaging learning experiences—live workshops, LMS modules, job aids, and playbooks.
  • Continuously improving sales processes through data‑driven feedback loops.
  • Acting as the “voice of arenaflex” for all field representatives, ensuring they have the resources they need to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales leaders, product managers, and operations experts to identify enablement gaps and design solutions that drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Learning Design & Delivery: Build curriculum for new‑hire onboarding, ongoing skill‑building, and product refreshes using a blend of instructor‑led sessions, recorded webinars, interactive e‑learning, and on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Program Management: Break down large initiatives into manageable projects, set timelines, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to keep pace with a rapidly evolving market.
  • Content Ownership: Maintain a central repository of up‑to‑date playbooks, cheat sheets, and reference guides; ensure all materials reflect the latest arenaflex processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Data‑Driven Optimization: Track adoption metrics, assess learning effectiveness, and recommend enhancements that raise sales productivity and forecast accuracy.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Provide one‑on‑one support for new reps, shadow calls, and deliver real‑time feedback to accelerate skill acquisition.
  • Cross‑Functional Advocacy: Serve as a conduit between the front‑line team and product engineering, relaying market insights that shape future product roadmaps.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Pitch creative enablement ideas—gamified learning, micro‑learning bursts, or peer‑learning circles—that keep the team engaged and continuously improving.

Essential Qualifications

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action—able to move projects forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Basic proficiency with common collaboration tools (video conferencing, shared drives, chat platforms).
  • A growth mindset: eager to learn, iterate, and adapt in a fast‑changing setting.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Knowledge

  • Any exposure to sales enablement, training, or instructional design—formal coursework or self‑directed learning counts.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms such as arenaflex Endpoint Management (formerly known as Microsoft Intune) or similar MDM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of modern productivity suites (arenaflex Productivity Suite) and cloud collaboration tools.
  • Comfort with basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile or Lean methodologies for project delivery.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Relationship Building: Ability to forge trust quickly with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Use data to identify trends, diagnose bottlenecks, and measure learning impact.
  • Creativity: Design compelling learning experiences that cater to varied learning styles.
  • Time Management: Prioritize multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a constantly evolving product and market landscape.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactively stay current with industry best practices in sales enablement and adult learning.

  • Leadership pathways, such as Enablement Team Lead or Director of Learning & Development.
  • Opportunities to earn industry‑recognized certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Agile Coaching).
