Consolidate in-market system statuses into concise operational updates for stakeholders.</li><li>Organize and triage incoming technical issues from store teams. Build troubleshooting documentation for high field-friendliness and ease of fixture maintenance.</li><li>Manage day-to-day relationships with retail technical support partners. Scale support and maintenance processes as needed.</li><li>Execute and coordinate retail demo content and software updates across AI glasses and VR. Ensure smooth deployment and high uptime.</li><li>Serve as the primary operational point of contact for technical vendors. Manage relationships and ensure SLAs are met for maintenance and support.</li><li>Collaborate with analytics and core demo teams.
