You’ll deploy CRM, automation, data, and AI solutions to solve complex process bottlenecks, streamline operations, and unlock significant revenue opportunities for clients. This hands-on role blends system design with strategic consulting to deliver meaningful impact across the legal sector. The ideal candidate: • 2–5 years’ experience deploying and configuring CRMs, PM systems, automation tools, and/or AI applications. • Strong client communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. • A systems thinker and builder who enjoys designing, refining, and optimising operational workflows.
