The Role We need an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers who are all passionate about creating functional and creative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to ensure visibility for all stakeholders through clear and timely communication, documentation, and reporting on progress while making sure there are minimal delays in the decision-making process. What You'll Do Manage Complex Deliverables Lead multiple high-stakes projects through research, design, and development phases for enterprise-level clients. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams Bridge the gap between design, development, and stakeholders. You’ll break down high-level visions into actionable tasks for internal teams. Maintain Project Health Build and monitor detailed project plans. You are responsible for tracking progress, managing budgets, and identifying risks before they become roadblocks. Own Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage. Optimize Internal Workflows Active participation in refining how we work. You’ll adapt methodologies to fit specific project needs and improve agency efficiency. Mentor and Lead Support the growth of the project management team by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and leveling up our internal processes.
