As a key member of our customer service and data entry operations, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, are detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling * Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Settle on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas * Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online) * Essential web browsing skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Dynamic and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to arenaflex's employee benefits program **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
