Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) Full-Time - Remote position. (prefer experienced with construction accounts) Ipex Insurance Services, a trusted agency with 10 years in business, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position Details • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Pacific time) • Salary: $22 per hour to $25 per hour, with option to grow. • Remote position • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Commercial Line. • Active P&C License required Responsibilities • Support the Commercial Lines Account Manager with daily servicing • Provide professional, efficient service to commercial clients • Review and analyze information from clients, carriers, and account managers • Process endorsements and service requests promptly • Issue and finalize coverage documents • Prepare premium finance agreements • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Computer proficient and quick to learn new systems • Professional attitude, reliable, and high integrity If you are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive agency, we encourage you to apply.
