[Remote] Salesforce Consultant - SI Partner - PM Focus

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Salesforce Staffing, LLC is seeking a client-focused Salesforce Consultant to support their Managed Services team. This role involves requirements gathering, client engagement, and consultative discovery, serving as a bridge between clients and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear use cases and requirements. Responsibilities • Lead client conversations to understand current state, future state, and business goals • Ask thoughtful, open-ended discovery questions • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities • Build trust through a consultative, client-first approach • Stay focused on outcomes and business value • Support clients in prioritizing needs and clarifying scope • Translate client discussions into clear business requirements and use cases • Define what the client is trying to accomplish at a high level • Distinguish between quick wins such as reports and dashboards and larger efforts such as integrations or broader initiatives • Hand off well-defined requirements to technical team members for execution • Document needs in a clear, business-friendly format • Perform light configuration when appropriate, including reports, dashboards, and minor updates • Follow Salesforce best practices • Provide light coordination across multiple client engagements • Help keep work moving forward across approximately 8 to 10 concurrent projects • Participate in client check-ins and status discussions as needed • Use Salesforce for basic project tracking • Support delivery momentum Skills • 3 or more years of Salesforce consulting experience at a Salesforce Partner, flexible for strong candidates • Experience in client-facing discovery and requirements gathering • Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders • Salesforce Consultant with strong BA instincts • Excellent client-facing presence • Naturally curious and discovery-oriented • Consultative mindset, not transactional • Able to guide conversations and uncover real needs • Comfortable working across multiple smaller engagements • Experienced and confident, not entry-level • Willing to wear a light PM hat when needed Benefits • Bonus • Full benefits Company Overview • Salesforce Staffing, LLC: Your Partner in Building Exceptional Salesforce Teams At Salesforce Staffing, we're not just another recruitment agency.
