Senior Business Consultant for Engineering

In this role, you will engage with top-tier clients to develop and implement digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. You will play a crucial part in leveraging emerging technologies to support building-related projects. Your expertise will facilitate transformative change and establish lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high-value solutions are delivered. This remote position allows you to work collaboratively with diverse teams across the Americas while contributing significantly to customer success. Responsibilities • Work closely with clients to develop digital strategies and assess current project performances. • Define approaches for the application of BIM and innovative technologies on MEP projects. • Collaborate with account teams to create and implement Customer Success Plans. • Build and maintain high-value client relationships to address their business challenges. • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of client strategies. • Shape and define the technical consulting service offering for MEP projects. • Engage with industry specialists to enhance the product offering. • Facilitate workshops to guide clients towards effective solution paths. • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and effectiveness of solutions. • Document and assess the impact of solutions on customer investments. • Contribute to the development of expanded consulting service offerings. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the MEP building industry. • Experience with Autodesk products preferred (Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud). • At least 3 years in business improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutions. • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills. • Ability to facilitate client workshops and manage diverse teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making capability. • Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.
