Lead Business Operations Manager (Remote)

This role is pivotal for enhancing our operational workflows and ensuring seamless client experiences from inquiry to clinician utilization. You will manage a team, track key metrics, and implement processes to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will emphasize accountability and measurable results, while fostering a culture of improvement across our operational functions. Your experience will directly influence our service delivery and client satisfaction levels.
