Business Operations Manager, Project Manager

Looking for a full-time manager for a video production agency. Not only am I looking for someone with traditional management qualities, but I am looking for someone who can think, someone who has a creative personality, someone who strives to improve the business for not only his own gain, but the future of the business. I need someone who takes criticism well, and is able to quickly learn and adapt with the growing business and himself. I need someone who identifies problems quickly, or before they occur, and provide solutions before I become aware of them. Not only will you be in charge of managing the business, but you will be working and learning from the business owner, improving and developing your skills as a manager (and a person) along the way. Day-to-day jobs are as follows: - Managing, assigning work, guiding, video editors, social media managers, and the general workforce. - Client touchpoints - recording on progress and discussing revisions. Sharing client feedback with the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and follow the guideline. Communicating with the client accordingly. - People skills, knowing and learning which worker is talented in what field to best assign projects to them. - Searching and hiring new workers. - Works well under pressure and tight deadlines (handles stress well). - Problem solver. - Ensuring worker tasks are submitted on time whilst following the client requirements. - Pushing the workforce to become better, improve delivery times and project success. - Some background in video editing experience preferred, but not compulsory. - Ability to learn new tasks quickly and well. - Review submitted videos created by editors to ensure they meet the client guidelines. - Updating and creating tracking systems for workforce and project performance. - Ability to make decisions without the approval of the business owner when unavailable. - Good written and spoken english required as this will be used daily. - Someone who is passionate about creating something of their own. - Ability to learn how to use AI softwares such as Poppy AI, Elevenlabs etc. - YouTube knowledge or experience highly desired but not compulsory. - Conduct progress update meetings on weekly progress and future deadlines. This role has a bright future for the successful candidate. There will be a zoom meeting required for the role, so save yourself time if you are not fit for the role.
