Chief Product Security Officer

Job Description: • Steer the global product security strategy safeguarding the digital backbone of the power industry • Set a unified vision and framework for security by design across the full product lifecycle • Partner with engineering, product, and regional teams to build resilient products that customers trust • Protect operational technology and digital platforms underpinning reliability, safety, and performance • Support innovation and modernization goals such as secure AI enablement and robust vulnerability management • Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders • Coordinate global incident response for product lines • Champion practical security practices for high-availability systems • Grow teams and elevate security awareness Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security roles, including global team management • Extensive experience leading security initiatives for Embedded and/or Industrial Control Systems in a global context • Demonstrated expertise securing SaaS offerings across architecture, deployment, and ongoing operations • Comprehensive understanding of AI deployment in new and existing products, including security guardrails, testing, and deployment best practices • Proven track record building and scaling product security programs in complex, multinational environments • Direct experience collaborating with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored security solutions • Strong R&D background with deep understanding of the product lifecycle and integrating security into development processes • Recognized thought leadership in product security (e.g., publications, speaking engagements, industry accolades) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) strongly preferred.
