Advanced Analyst - IDS Operational Governance

The Operational Governance team delivers collaborative, forward‑looking, data‑driven support for the global Investments and Distribution Services (IDS) organization. We partner with functional leads to shape strategic priorities, provide analytical insight, and embed consistent operational governance across people, culture, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. We track and report progress against our key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) and oversee key risk and control programs (RCSA, SOC, SOX, third‑party governance, SLAs), BCP/DR, and incident management. The team also leads and manages key strategic initiatives, collaborates and coordinates communication across IDS. Responsibilities • Assist with maintaining and documenting annual operating goals and initiatives, including regular progress updates and reporting. • Support coordination and logistics for employee communications (e.g., town halls, newsletters). • Collect, organize, and prepare data and metrics for reporting across the team. • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of data collection, storage, and delivery. • Identify and implement techniques that strengthen communication engagement. • Support team members on projects and initiatives, leading small efforts or components of larger ones. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency gains. • Strengthen alignment of critical initiatives and improve the associated measurement framework. • Work a regular schedule, with hours varying based on project needs (non‑exempt) Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management or related experience in Financial Services. • Experience working in a global business environment across regions. • Hands‑on experience in data/analytics, project management, or continuous improvement. • Ability to navigate challenges and drive resolution across business areas with support. • Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to senior leaders. • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal skills to build global relationships. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Passion for learning and continuous development. Nice-to-haves • Expertise in developing high‑impact presentations for executive‑level audiences preferred. • Experience working in both co‑located and virtual environments. • Background in Investment Operations, Distribution, or Project Management preferred. • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
